Section 11 Vocabulary

-Def: Made by hand rather than machine.
-Sen: The doll was made by handmade pure 100% product.

-Def: The ceremonies for a dead person prior to burial or cremation; obsequies.
-Sen: The funeral made a lot of people cry.

-Def: Small or odd job; daily tasks.
-Sen: The chores that Norman did where essential.

13. What is a rectal ulcer?
Solitary rectal ulcer syndrome is a condition that occurs when a sore (ulcer) develops in the rectum. The rectum is a muscular tube that's connected to the end of your colon. Stool passes through the rectum on its way out of the body.

Like a monster.

Section 10 Vocabulary

-Def: An overhanging projection or covering, as a long canvas awning stretching from the doorway of a building to a curb.
-Sen: The canopy was blue but very big in Nancy’s house.

-Def: A brush for applying paint, as one used in painting houses or one used in painting pictures.
-Sen: The paintbrush that Nancy used was her Aunts.
